Rachel qualified as a Solicitor in October 2005.
Rachel trained in Northwich Cheshire and found her love for all things Property when training and has spent all her working life within the Cheshire/South Manchester area.
Rachel works mainly within Residential Property handling sales purchase, remortgages, and transfer of equity for leasehold and freehold property, including newbuilds and property bought and sold at auction and the sale and purchase of Land.
Rachel has experience of handling property matters for high-net-worth Individuals including Sports and Social Media personalities, Pension schemes and Limited Companies and Overseas Purchasers. Rachel also acts in connection with secured lending of property portfolios the most recent having been a £22 million refinance for a high-net-worth client which needed to be completed quickly and an £8m purchase of a farmhouse and listed building with extensive land for a Premiership footballer.
Rachel completed a purchase of a £3m Property within 6 hours using bridging finance.
