About Sadia
Sadia is an Associate Partner in Home Property Law with over twenty years experience in residential property work, having qualified as a solicitor, at a city centre firm, in 2003 and having been head of department, in her last two firms.
Her experience covers a broad range of residential property matters, including both leasehold and freehold: purchases, sales, buy to lets, transfers of equity, remortgages, equity release, Shariah Law finance, auction properties, new build properties and unregistered land.
She provides an excellent level of personal service with a friendly and caring approach understanding the importance of keeping house moves as stress free and as smooth as possible.
Sadia also has an excellent record of instructions from repeat clients, personal recommendations, estate agents and referrers.
Further to her legal expertise she is also fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.
